Along with the festivity, other activities lined up in the town include photo contests, sports competitions, quizzes, concerts, beauty pageants, and more.

Arawedan Festival

This festival is celebrated on 23- 24 January in Port Barton in the municipality of San Vicente. During this event, municipalities showcase numerous tourist attractions like beaches, marine reserves, and parks.

Kulambo Festival

This festival is celebrated from 15th to 18 March every year, hosted by the town of El Nido: the most famous and unique island of Palawan. Participants’ costumes made-up using Kulambo (mosquito nets) used during the street parade are the main attractions. Pasinggatan Festival

Anihan Festival

Also known as Palay Festival, this is the most famous festival in Narra, the southern part of Palawan. This festival marks the Thanksgiving for the bountiful harvest by the people of Narra in the last week of October.

Feast of the Immaculate Conception

Celebrated on 8 December annually, this festival celebrated in Puerto Princesa is observed in the other Philippines too. It is marked by a series of nightly parades and possessions of the Virgin Mary.

Pagdiwata Tribal Ritual
